My Review:
I received a complimentary copy of this book for the purpose of review. All opinions are 100% my own.
Kimanzi Constable is a friend of mine. I am so impressed with how much he has accomplished in such a short amount of time. In just two short years, Kimanzi has become a professional author and speaker and is preparing to move his family to their dream home of Hawaii by the end of this year.
In Are You Living or Existing?, Kimanzi lays out the simple nine step plan he has used to achieve his dreams. And in reading it, I realized that I have implemented many of those same steps in the achievement of my own dreams.
The first step is a doozy, let me tell you. First you have to identify what it is you want to change. Then you have to decide what one small thing you can do this week to help you move in your new direction. For me, a year and a half ago I decided to finally do something about my dream of being a writer. So, I wrote my first blog post and committed to writing one a week to start. It was a small step, but it has snowballed into something bigger and better than I ever imagined. What is your dream?
Maybe you’ve stopped and started a million times. Well, if it’s something you really want, as Kimanzi suggests, “this time we’re going all the way.”
The nine steps also include getting fit (both mentally, physically and fiscally), nailing down your plans, making the first moves, tying up loose ends, making radical changes and, possibly most importantly, paying it forward. And I’m so glad Kimanzi paid it forward by writing this book, so I could share it with you 🙂
If you want to start living, rather than just existing, this book will help you with the game plan for your new life. What are you waiting for?
I give Are You Living or Existing? four stars.

About the Author:
In his own words:
For twelve years I settled and felt completely stuck. I was doing work that made me miserable for 40 hours a week, I was 142 pounds over-weight. I lived in an area I dreamed everyday of leaving. I don’t have a college degree, I don’t have any special skills, so what could I do??
Last year I finally said “enough is enough” and took action on my dream of being a writer. I self-published a book that went on to completely flop selling only 5 copies in the first two months. I figured out my goal in life is to help people so I focused on that instead of the money.
I started making real connections and helping people, word got out and I implemented a few strategies to let the world know my work existed. My two books have now sold over 70,000 copies and counting, I started speaking about how to start and market an online business and have now spoken in 8 states and 4 different countries. I have now consulted with some amazing companies on their social marketing strategy and helped them reach that larger audience.
I’m living my dream life and my goal is to help you live yours. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and connect, I want to help you anyway I can!
