Zucchini Onion Frittata Recipe

zucchini onion frittata recipeWhat is a frittata?  It’s a bit like an omelet, but you don’t have to flip it.  It’s a bit like a quiche, but without a crust.  Frittata recipes are yummy, healthy and super easy to make!!  Frittatas are one of my favorite breakfasts.  Basically I just pick different veggie combinations, add some cheese and eggs, and I’m good to go!!

  1. This is an awesome recipe! My husband does most of the cooking because I have MS and he makes a great frittata. Now he can step it up a notch. Thanks so much!

  2. I haven’t made a frittata before but I love eggs and cheese. I’ll try this when we harvest zucchini.

  3. I will try this once our zucchini comes in. Once it starts there’s plenty for everything. This recipe sounds delicious.

  4. I’m not a big fan of zucchini, but my Mom loves it. I’ll have to share this recipe with her. She would love this!
