Creating Great Meals with Lucky and Thomas Cookware #LuckyMakeMemories #Sponsored

meals Lucky Thomas CookwareI participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Mom Central for Lucky Supermarkets. I received Thomas Cookware items to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

One of my favorite things about shopping at Lucky Supermarkets, besides the very friendly and helpful butcher counter, is the special promotions they run throughout the year.  A couple of years ago they ran a promotion with Thomas Cookware and we earned a really nice 12 inch skillet with a glass lid.  I love that pan and it looks just as good today as it did two years ago.

Recently I was shopping at my local Lucky Supermarket and I saw this display:

spent at Lucky Supermarkets and can put these bonus stamps towards receiving free
Thomas Cookware pieces, exclusively at Lucky Supermarkets.  Just look at the pieces you could buy with all the bonus stamps you earn:

I received the Thomas nonstick 10″ fry pan and the Thomas 2.8 qt stock pan with glass lid.

I decided to make my family-famous turkey spaghetti  for the family.  I originally posted this recipe at Nap Time is My Time.  Since it was a work night, I made a few modifications.

First, I started a pound of ground turkey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil (otherwise the turkey will stick to the pan), 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, and 4-5 chopped baby bell peppers cooking over medium heat in the fry pan.

While the meat was cooking,  I started the water boiling in the sauce pan.  Once the water reached boiling, I threw in about 3/4 a box of spaghetti, turned the water down to medium, and set the timer or 10 minutes.

After the meat was slightly browned, I drained off the grease, and added a jar of marinara sauce (sometime it’s okay to cheat a little 😉

Next, I drained the pasta.  That pour and strain feature sure made it easy!!
