I was so excited when Chewy.com asked me to review their online store. Kiff and Katie are always in need of pet supplies – be it food, treats, toys, flea medicine, or whatnot. Chewy.com has over 140 different brands and they are adding new ones regularly!!
They also have a subscription service. You can get 15% off your first order by setting up a schedule for reorders. So if you know you need flea treatment every 3 months, you can schedule the next shipment for 3 months from now. You won’t be billed until the order ships and you will save 15% off your first order!!
The website is very easy to navigate with lots of fun products for both cats and dogs. I ordered a bag of peanut butter biscuits for Katie and flea treatment for Kiff. Both products were priced the same or lower than at the local stores, plus the shipping was free since my order was over $49!! (Orders less than $49 pay a flat-rate $4.95 for UPS Ground).
My order arrived in less than a week. The products were well-packed in the box (no breakage on the dog biscuits). Here’s what I received:
Chewy.com supports the Best Friends Animal Society. Started in the late 1980s, Best Friends Animal Society has been working hard to create a grassroots effort to place dogs and cats who were considered “unadoptable” into good homes, and to reduce the number of unwanted pets through effective spay and neuter programs. Their goal is to bring the number of dogs and cats destroyed in shelters down to zero. Please help them spread the word of their No More Homeless Pets campaign. Also, take a look at their amazing animal sanctuary in Utah, truly a blessed place for dogs and cats and other animals in need.
Chewy.com has the goal to create the largest shelter and rescue network designed to support non-profit organizations that help animals in need. Click to learn more about their shelter and rescue program.
I received complimentary products through Chewy.com for the purpose of review. All opinions are 100% my own.
